Vitamin C Smoothie
2 small-medium carrots, peeled and roughly chopped or grated depending on your blender
1 medium-sized apple
1 small piece of ginger
1/2 lime
8-9 oz. fresh orange juice (or sub 1-2 oranges)
2.5 oz water
Optional: 1 scoop Primal Collagen or Primal Greens
