HOW TO SIGN UP FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
STEP 1

Under “Purchase Options” for your chosen product(s) select “SUBSCRIBE & SAVE”.

The SUBSCRIBE & SAVE option is available for all Primal Harvest products.

STEP 2

Select your desired delivery frequency.

You can choose to have your product(s) delivered to you monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months.

STEP 3

Add the subscription to your shopping cart and complete your order.

Once the order is complete, we'll take care of the rest! Your products will be delivered right to your doorstep according to your chosen delivery frequency.

HOW TO MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
STEP 1

Log in to your account.

You can log in to your account by clicking the LOGIN icon on the top bar of our website.

1. Enter your email address in the login box.

2. Receive a login code via email or SMS.

3. Enter the 4-digit login code where prompted.

STEP 2

Once you’re logged in, go to “My Account” and “Manage Subscriptions.”

Here you will find categories related to your subscription(s):

Subscriptions, Payment Method, Delivery Schedule, Purchase History, and Shipping.

Select ‘Subscriptions’ to open the list of your active and inactive subscriptions.

STEP 3

Select “EDIT” to make your desired changes.

Here you have the option to edit, update, pause, or cancel your subscription. You can also add a product to your next shipment, either as a one-time purchase or as a new subscription.
